For people who eat outside home, how much do you spend on breakfast or lunch that can satisfy you or just keep you going?

We spend 7k 4 cooking here everyday apart frm gas!

I don't have foodstuffs, so approximately 650. Two pieces of Okpa costs 400, a bottle of kunu aya costs 200, two sachets of water cost 50 naira. I take this in the morning. If I can get garri at night, i take it. If I don't, I sleep hungry.
