However, the developing and the under developed countries are the ones that the climate change is taking its toll on, and these are countries suffering from acute poor power supply; this has been their weather reports: South Sudan/ Sudan, and some cities in Africa the temperatures have reached 48-49c, some cities in India, Brazil Philippines etc the temperature is as high as 46-47.
