It is no longer news that between the 19th and 22nd of the month, thousands of Applicants trouped out to First Bank's offices at various locations across the nation for the Executive Trainee Position interview. As much as I wish everyone that participated in the interview the best of luck, I will like to know of your view about the organisation and structure of the interview. Please be kind enough to brief the house about your experience(s) to enable those that couldn't make it to have understanding/feelings of the whole exercise. The question now is what next as regards the on-going First Bank Executive Trainee Position.

The interview was cool and orderly. We entered in groups of six. In my group, the discussion topic was on reducing the menace of money laundering in Nigeria. After that, we were told to go out and called in one after the other for the second part of the interview which consisits of usuals such as why 1st bank, If u get a job in your field wont you leave 1st bank e.t.c.
