Before I reply the question, let me first remind you that I advised you guys to be patient with Arteta, hence I know a good coach when I see one.

Piers Morgan and his fellow crazy Ronaldo fans making it seem as if Ronaldo was the sole speaker against the horrible state of Manchester United.

But Ronaldo wasn't the first, neither was he the only critic of the glazer family. it was the manutd fans that spoke against the owners first. The same manutd fans that still stand by their manager; even though the old man Ronaldo selfishly and wrongly spoke against him.

When we mention structure people automatically assume we are defending ETH or a player.

How did lack of good structure affect ETH? :

A club with a good structure will not give full powers to sign players to a manager who has never had such powers before, especially one who was coming from a smaller club where he did not have such powers. They gave him that authority because they didn't have the nous to make the football decisions themselves.

A club with good structure will not allow the manager to waste their time for a whole transfer window, promising them that FDJ will sign for us. What lamba did ETH sell to those mumus that made them to waste so much time on FDJ. True football men would have pulled out of the deal long before we did.

A club with structure and scouts and football people will not buy a player for 85m just months after its scouting department evaluated him at 25m, just on the say so of the new untested manager.

Even with ETH's cluelessness, each of those 3 mistakes could have been avoided if the people above ETH were confident that they knew what they were doing. But they didn't, and so were happy to pass the buck to him.

Bruv we have moved past whether he deserves to be sacked or not. Nobody is arguing that one. What we are saying is that the lack of the structure added to the factors that made him fail.

These are things i predicted when he was appointed. Many of the people who are attacking him the most now were the ones who were giddy when he was appointed and saying that he didn't need a structure. Guess why? Cos they blamed everything on Ole and thought ETH was a miracle worker.

You made a blanket statement without addressing your mail so i had to clear your mind. I had several months of debates supporting ETH during the ETH vs Poch debate. Criticising the club for not appropriately utilizing the services of one of the best DoFs in football does not mean one wants ETH to fail.

RR invited Paul Mitchell recently to the club but after his visit the club didn't offer him a position and he went to Monaco instead. In my opinion ETH's chances of success would have been better if he was supported by people who have successfully built teams in the past like Rangnick and Mitchell, rather than Fletcher and this Andy O'Boyle who are relative learners.

He would have had more influence and control as DOF, Bald Fraud would not have easily chased him away too. He later accepted to become interim Manager and fvcked up so bad. Remember a Consultant is like a contract staff?! Our Management never want him as a DoF [long term staff] cos they believe it's not necessary.

He's made an interim manager simply to feel the squad first hand and able to make objective report and analysis - which he did.
