3, they easily intermarry with the Hausas

Hausas do not trust Yorubas, they see them as treacherous sub humans

. . . so will you give your daughter's hand in marriage to a treacherous and sub human? Or marry your son to a daughter whose blood is treacherous and sub human?

These Hausas are not like ibos that practice osu. , . .to them humans are all alike, as long they are not ibo.

they marry yoruba women as 4th wives not usually as firs choice, its their men that usually take Yoruba women and not the order way round
they see them as sub human's , cus they believe Yoruba are their slaves and not fit enough to worship in the same mosque.

We are all chasing shadows. Complete waste of time. There is a saying that if you want to solve a problem it is better to start from the begining.

To know the genesis of the problems we are facing today the true knowledge of black history is a good start . It started right from there.

And some People go comot talk say 'Let's not destroy the works of our founding fathers'

So the summary of this thread, (although I couldn't read past page 1):
As animosity b/w different tribes was nurtured by our founding fathers, so have Nigerians religiously adhered to and maintained such ill-teachings resulting in unimaginable level of poverty, ignorance, recurrent sectarian and intertribal clashes, corruption, and the list goes on.

UNA WELL DONE!

This is why when SS, SE and MB came together in alliance, they excluded SW.

SW keep showing their true color. The slave mentality of SW na wa o!!!
Keep licking the boot of north while they still stomp you each day.

Do we want to know who the slaves are:

In 1959 when the North wanted to tame the progressives under Awolowo they found a slave Balewa/Azikwe

In 1979 when the North wanted to tame the progressives under Awolowo they found a slave in Shagari/Ekwueme

In 1993 when the North wanted to tame the progressives under Abiola they found a slave in Tofa/Sylvester Ugo,

In 1994 when IBB wanted to tame the Progressive June 12 ambition they found Uche Chukumerije later Walter Ofonagoro

In 1995 when Abacha wanted to suppress the opposition and kill Saro-Wiwa, He found his own slave in Ojukwu

Between 2000-2007 When OBJ wanted to tame the progressive, he found his own slave in Frank Nweke Jr

Later Atiku found his own slave in Ben Obi and Soludo

You remember that my fave boy-boy picture

If you notice, Most of these were under civilian regime where everyone went with their natural allies

We know the natural allies of the North

The Azikwe, Ekwueme, Ben Obi, Soludo, Sylvester Ugo etc

ROFLMFAO @ this reasoning.
Politicians working together equals slavery then the SW has more slaves than the entire eastern states combined.
Let's not forget there has been more SW politicians working together or in your case of reasoning "slaving" to their north masters than SE or SS.
grin grin grin grin grin

If you want to know what a real life slaves look like, read the entire post from each SW on this thread. To get more indebt, refer to any thread about north, read the entire reply from SW then compare it to the reply of SE, SS and in some cases MB members. The only set of Nigerians whom defend, kiss the @ss of the north is SOUTH WESTERN. In some threads where they (north) insult SW, very few, if not, none of SW member say or do anything. When every Nigerian group is running away and or fighting back against the North, the only people still sitting, waiting to be slaughtered by them is yet again SW. Una are slaves, though free, but the slave mentality is still there passed down from generation to generation.

Nna stop dragging every single ethnicity into your crap.
Stick to the Yoruba and Hausa and leave Calabar, Ikwerres alone.
Have you seen or heard any Ikwerre or Calabar side with Yoruba about anything? Why can't yoruba ever fight Igbo face to face, must you always drag every ethnicity into your sh1t.

Even thread about Ikwerre, not once have I seen a reply from an Ikwerre but I've sure seen tons of replies by Yoruba and yoruba moniker ids. Stick to your people jor and stop being a corward by dragging every person be it chinese, latino, aliens, etc into any argument against one set of people.

It is very laughable for any Yoruba to call Igbo "slave" in Nigeria. I don't even want to go into who played what role in terms of presidential elections and politics.
History records that since the existence of Nigeria, that there was a WAR between the Igbo and the rest of the country, talkless of the North. History also records that Igbo have fought back on several occassion IN THE NORTH.
History also records that Yoruba have NEVER done either, even though they have suffered some of the worst humiliation in Nigeria, from the jailing of Awolowo, to the jailing of Obasanjo (who almost died in jail), to killing of Abiola and his wife, to the humiliation of Diya, Abachas second in command (notice that Ebitu Ukiwe simply resigned in dignity from IBB regime).
Omo, the REAL slaves never raise a voice or finger.  lipsrsealed undecided cry

You are indeed fooled to take that assembly of touts with any pinch of salts. Presently, the SE are known as "expandable matrials" in Nigeria political arena. Until you grind your axe and wield a big political stick against any "potential symbiotic" alliance for greater bargaining power and benefits

Did you by any chance watched the summit on SNC which took place in Lagos or when Edwin Clark was jerking in Ekiti begging for political relevance?. . .When the jungle don mature the decision must be SW. Nuff said.

Does it occur to you that sometimes it is better to allow others make the moves while you sit back and strategize?
Must we always shout even when others have not accepted what we envision?
This Nigerian jungle started maturing after Jonathan became president. He started to open all the dark rooms in Nigeria for all to see. Nobody is fooled by lies anymore. The SS know the truth now. Today, the same people who accuse Igbo of planning to dominate them are coming to the SE to say sorry for their past behaviors.
I wouldn't count on the "former Nigeria". Things are gradually changing. That is why we are hearing cries from certain corners.

No region is connecting or even aligning themselves with SW in terms of politics thus if lying to yourself helps you deal with the pain, more power to you.
