Do our young married men have ulterior motives? Unlike their wives, why are most of them seen without their wedding bands/rings?

I cannot reach a conclusion because I am not married however, I think the motive would be different for each individual.

My advise is if your hubby does not wear a ring, divorce him. Get intouch with me after you have kicked him out.

Personally, I dislike jewelry on my skin. I will have to convince future madam that they are no ulterior motives and that it is just something I dislike. I hope she will understand.

Because i'll make her realize your excuse for not wearing the ring is flimsy.

@Sweetcocoa, she will have to trust me on that. She has to love and trust me otherwise we will have problems.

I know it will be hard to believe but action speaks louder than words. If I show her I love her everyday, she will begin to believe it. I will warn her not to be complacent though. It takes the grace of God to overcome the scheming and machinations of other women if they decide that they REALLY want a man.

So showing her you love her everyday automatically means you can't\won't stray?

Loving someone as i have learned thus far doesn't stop you from cheating on them, many married men who cheat love their wives to bits.

@ post.

I really don't see a big deal in it. My hubby added weight just 2weeks after wedding dat his wedding band became too tight. He managed wearing it for sometym, but had to give it up and I so love d design. We are planning to get a new set soon. Hope I find something similar sha.

chaircover: Not Wearing a wedding ring doesn’t automatically indicate that the person wants to practice infidelity.

There are tons of married people of both sexes wearing wedding rings but having affairs all over the place. I wear my wedding ring and I still get the occasional toast LOL wink

em Chaircover can you meet me by the street corner? I want to toast you. Cheers

Wearing of a ring or not should be a mutual agreement between the couple. If A does not feel comfortable wearing it, then B should be aware of it, not that B will find out later on that her hubby is not wearing his ring, then wahala will begin.

It took me awhile to get used to waering my ring, i only wear it now when am going out of the house and remove it when am inside, my hubby is the same way, he wears it on his way-out and removes it as he is opening the door!!!!smiley
