Does anybody know a finance house or individual that can provide a loan without demanding for collateral.I can produce a guarantor and am a salary earner.I urgently need between 300-500k.I have approached some banks but their terms are too stringent, they either want you to move your salary account to their bank or provide a CSCS share certificate. Can anybody help please.I am ready to pay high interest rates.

Re: Loan by danalyst(m): 6:51pm On Nov 19, 2007
if i got you right, you want to borrow money at an high rate to pay for house rent? My friend, am not surprised that banks CHASED you away. the risk is so high that even they central bank may not give you such a loan. the best offer i think you can get, is to go back to that bank that requested that you move your salary account to their bank.

you should consider that option thoroughly.

My dear friend, please don't be a fool.We all borrow money from people and heaven don't fall.Let me help you ,its not advisable to get loan from bank to pay people. No bank will loan you money for that purpose.Tell those you borrowed money from to give you time to pay up.
Re: Loan by MyPeace(f): 4:16pm On Nov 20, 2007
i suport Phatgirl. pls think twice, if u havent been able to pay these people since will it be easy for you to pay with Interest now? Unless u are expecting some good cash and want done with embarrassment from ur lenders.

An American adage says, " If you find yourself in a hole, you stop digging" My dear friend, I understand your feeling. so many of us have been in this kind of situation before. I will like to give you a clue to how to get out of your Debt without getting deeper into debt.

1. Pray very well for God to gloryfy Himself in you.
2. Get something that bring you income no matter how little.
3. Plan your Debt Payment strategy for example xyz amount to Mr. cdx by xy month end and on and on.
4. Engage yourself in dialogue with your debtors and tell them how you intend paying them. Note if any of them would not agree try understand and
get someone to talk to the person may be his relative.
5. Adhere strictly to your payment plan.
6. To sustain this Pay your tithe regularly.

Jehovah Jireh will provide your need.

Re: Loan by amejoshua: 11:52am On Nov 25, 2007
Hello arsenalfan,
Have you tried ecobank Naira credit card ?
I think it is an option to save you from your mess.
As a salary earner you are entitled to 20% of your annual salary and the only colleteral you need is your 6 months account statement.
Just try them.
Re: Loan by obynnoly: 1:00pm On Nov 25, 2007
I think you should try what amejoshua said and pls stay out of debt.
I mean taking a loan to pay a rent is not worth it.
Next time try and discipline yourself. I pitty salary earners like you that depaend on monthly take home.
Lay a good foundation for your self. Loans are good for investments not luxury.
