Question,. if YAR ADUA election is nullify as well, does this means all the senators and ministers elected by him are illegal as well?

will the whole cabinet be dismantle? or this is time for Yar Adua to start victimising ATIKU?

Former Vice President and Action Congress (AC) presidential candidate in the 21 April election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar this morning tendered the electoral results of 15 states as exhibits for his clamour for the cancellation of the election before the Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja.

Senators are not elected by the President. They are elected by the people although in Nigeria, they are actually selected by some people such as Baba Iyabo

If YAD's election is nullified this government will be dismantled. All those he appointed - Ministers, Special Assistants, Secretary to the Fed Govt, etc - will have to vacate office because the government becomes illegal.

Interesting, we will see how this will play out. ATIKU didint even have the second largest vote in the election, it will be interesting to see how YAR ADUA respond to this threat to his administration.

What are the big boys saying?

Let us watch as our money is once against to be wasted for the next, say 12 months on this matter. Later, we will need to go borrow money to fix our roads and provide the people with basic electricity!!!

I don't mind the idea of another Presidential election conducted with Yar'adua and others standing again for our mandate. Yar'adua will still win and will have more credibility. Thus even a harsh verdict from the election tribunal will be a blessing in disguise to set things right for Yar'adua's presidency!

I doubt he would still win. Cause as much as there are those who like him just cause HE IS TRYING , not like that is a NEW THING in NIgerian politics, there are those who after 6 months in office, already see him as someone who is not just there to blow his trumpets on issues and not actually get down and dirty to get the job done once and for all like they would want. For me, I am done with the HE IS TRYING song already. This song needs new lyrics already for me or the dude should get off the seat. In the world I live in, Action speaks louder than rhetoric!!!

atiku's action is tantamount to punching fart. with the recent turn of events in the other electorial tribunal cases, it will be interesting to know if they will swing in his favour. he has pulled up such stunts in the run up towards the april elections, so he ain't new to the game.

Nigeria has become a laughing stock around the world in the way we conduct our affairs,it's indeed painful that we're still been govern and teleguided by some individuals that lack moral standing in the civilised world, people like atiku, obasanjo, babangida, buhari etc, this are people that determine our future, the future of our children, wouldn't be surprised at the future because it is what we do today that will create our future,it's how our economy, education, politics etc is being manage today that will determine our nations future, today there are lots of epidemics going on,large percentage of our youths have turn themselves into armed robbers, scammers, thieves, thugs etc, what do we expect?it's what we sown into them that we'll surely reap, today, politics is an avenue to making quick money, yet public schools are left unattended to,no good road, health facilities are in shambles yet we still praise this people that lead us into this mess and celebrate them, something must be wrong somewhere!we need help,I often wonder is this a normal way to behave?people have to turn to God for succour, the number of people going to church or mosque in nigeria today is enormous, yes God will help, but there's a need to address some issues ourselves if not for us but for our coming generations, they must not continue in this mess we've put ourselves, there must be a change,I'm very optimistic that there will be a change, whatsoever has a beginning must have an end, there will be an end to this injustice of looting, stealing and corruption going on in our nation, please let's sign up for this change,if there will be a change it must be from you and me let's remember our unborn children the upcoming generation,

The president once said that he will obey what ever the Tribunal comes out with so lets watch him. Again if all Atiku throw on them is true then let justice prevail so that it will teach many of us lesson. At the same time the person that masterminded all this will not go free. This guys have fu*cked beyond repair.
All the Governors, Senators,Ministers, House of Reps, House of Assm. will leave with him if his selection is nullified by the tribunal.
Re: Atiku Tenders 15 Exhibits Against Yar’adua’s Election by BigB11(m): 7:33pm On Nov 27, 2007
The problem here is that they've nullified the election of couple of governors with very little premise and evidences so far; now the question is; with all these enormous and scary evidences, is the presidential election will also be nullified?

Because democracy is also totally against selectivity.
If we crucify Peter for eating Lunch at night, then it will be absolutely right to also crucify Paul for committing the same crime.

It is the law and the right way to move forward effectively.

Shame to OBJ, INEC director and Ehindero for being the architects of this inevitable failure.
I still believe that Yar'Adua would have been elected without OBJ's uncivilized MAGO MAGO election 419.

But of course the coward did not want to take any chances, plus he wanted Yar'Adua to be obligated to him forever and ever.

HERE we go again with the Ehindero bashing.  was The police responsible for the electoral malpractice?  was the police tallying the results of the election?

Dude I keep telling you to stop drinking.  My insurance is still valid, I can cover you for AA anonymous

ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS FYI.  Stop drinking burukutu and start thinking like the son of IBB.

Either way.  ATIKU has no chance of ruling Nigeria, his credibility is shattered just like IBBs credibility is in the dust bin

Constitutional, No! But it is as certain as the sun that they provided protection for those criminals who tallied the results. So, they are as guilty as the first hand perpetrators.

That's in a situation where the electorates votes count.

Another useless allegation. Facts win cases not allegation dude.

Go to court and tell them i think they used police to rig the election and see how quick the judge will dismiss that case with no merit.

this is INEC of Iwu, OBJ, Adedibu:

Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Oyo State, yesterday tendered two different results collated during the April 14 governorship election in the state, at the resumed hearing of the election petition filed by the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) gubernatorial candidate, Senator Abiola Ajimobi against the election of Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala.
The two different results have been admitted as exhibits by the tribunal sitting in Ibadan. The Head Operations Department of INEC in the state, Mr. Olubunmi Ariyo admitted that some results were either altered, re-written or cancelled, confessing that the results entered for Alao-Akala were altered on the results sheet.

This guy is atleast HONEST!
