@ torkaka, waited for u on this thread but u sneaked in to comment after viewing as guest for long.Man next time! dont ask Implied questions just to furnish ur arguments.in law courts i said it once ur doomed.(we all know u cramed very well in ur school days but outside school walls most things u learn in school are not applicable in real time). from our little argument i saw u just a wanna be smart guy without valid points to support ur arguments.walahi if its real life i would have sent u to jail.(u have the right to remain silent cos anything u say or do will be used in the court of law).. Next time Explicitly state ur question in arguments dont Imply them Okay.(food for thought).(pls stop talking about school whenever ur arguing with someone cos i bet u never went to a better school than i or graduated before my humble self.) davechika,heres a qoute that displays your total lack of intelligence @Davechika, you are confusing yourself; any action the board of sec takes they take on behalf of the FG. That's the reason she went to the president to reverse her suspension. It's like a company, the head of finance can sack an accounting staff and it will be considered that the company sacked the staff. The staff can petition the MD to be reinstated. If you are familiar with the workings of government then you will understand that in her letter of suspension by the board,the presidecy was copied. The president cannot directly monitor all the federal government institution hence the appointments of board members. If the board takes a decision,whether the president is aware or not it is the FG govt that has taken a decision. let me give you an example; if the chief of army staff decides to send troops into niger republic without the knowledge of the president, it will be considered that the FG of nigeria has invaded niger republic. The same FG can set an inquiry panel to investigate the issue. It seems to me you are arguing to win so i think i'll take my leave" " |

Aint it a shame that someone else(aninibinladen) came in to correct you and affirm on what i have been telling you? The funniest thing i got from all this is when you ignorantly said the board of sec(nay board of parastatals)is not part of the FG! i almost pissed my pants laughing. you aint my match. |

Her exoneration from allegations of fraud was not however hitch free as she was slammed with the charge of administrative lapses on which she was cautioned. Oteh bounced back to her coveted position after the SEC Board [/b]engaged the Price Water Coopers Limited, a renown audit firm, which investigated the allegations against her and reported that she did not commit any fraud or criminal breaches. In a circular signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. Anyim Pius Anyim, SGF.2/S.9/C.13/454 dated 17/ July, 2012, her recall follows the outcome of the findings of the external auditors. The circular reads: "Please refer to the decision of [b]the Board [/b]of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to send you on compulsory leave in order to enable SEC's external auditors-the Price Water Coopers Limited (PWC), to examine the records of the Commission's transactions covering SEC project 50 which you supervised. "I am to note that [b]Government has studied the report submitted by the external auditors and you are neither indicted for fraud nor criminal breach in any form. However, some administrative lapses were reported, particularly, in cases where administrative procedures were not thoroughly observed. "The purpose of this letter is to recall you from your leave and to caution that you must henceforth endeavour to diligently observe all extant rules and administrative procedures in the conduct of all official transactions." now check out the bolded parts monkey! didn't you say the board of sec was not FG? . @torkaka; i bet i have impacted so much on your life to reason without sentiments clouding ur mental reasoning!,but concentrate more on giving links to sustantiate ur points,am happy u finally went to the thread i refered u instead of beer parlour gossips in the first place.at least u have learned to put up links to support ur arguments. as for the errors u pointed out its now obvious that ur vocabs.(vocabs means vocabularies before u get lost) libry is very poor for u not to understand shorthand writing of daily used words(cos is short form of because,ur is your,etc).stop listening to "i hear say" give ur own reasons,if u had given me convincing evidence we wouldnt have been here.i bet this may be my last comment on ur thread cos i can see ur tail is now tucked in between ur legs.definetly u goin to reply back. |
