Lagos State Govt Deports Osun State Indigenes Back To Osun State by shortgun(m): 8:35pm On May 04
One of the youths who said he was taken away by the Nigerian policemen at his place of work on Friday afternoon narrated his ordeal to SaharaReporters.

Facts have emerged about how the Nigeria Police Force in conjunction with the Lagos State Task Force parked hundreds of residents and young people from the streets of the state on Friday and dumped them in Osun State.
He said the law enforcement agents parked young people from Ajah, TBS and Island areas of the state and gathered them inside an uncompleted building at the Makoko police station before moving them to a forest in Ilesha town in Osun State.
He said there were about five luxurious buses filled with the youth that were taken to Osun State in the company of policemen.



He said, “We were arrested around 10pm yesterday and they dropped us at Ilesha in Osun State inside the bus and told us we should go and they even threatened to shoot a gun. We were arrested by police ifficers, they took us from Makoko police station to Elemoro and we were taken from Elemoro to Osun. We were plenty. It is about five luxurious buses. We were plenty. They told us that we were arrested because they wanted us to go back to our states.



“They parked people from Ajah, Ibeju Lekki, TBS, Agarawu, and Island. We were kept inside one uncompleted building inside the cell.



“Police officers followed us. They were the ones that even dumped us inside the forest. One of the officers wore a police uniform while others were task force jackets,” he added.



The Nigeria Police Force has not yet officially reacted to the incident as of press time.

How can we say we are a nation if a citizen can be deported to a different part of the country? Makes no sense to me. The Lagos state government should hold a press conference explaining why and how this happened. The Federal government should also investigate this matter and let us know if we are a country with 36 states or 36 different countries.

The post doesn't prove that people were arrested based on state of origin. The post does not even show how the allegedly-arrested boys were confirmed to be indigens to Osun State.

The post does not say that Osun State people are accused of any crime by the Lagos State government. So, will the government just get up and begin to report Osun people?

Even if it is later confirmed that the Lagos State government deported Osun people, this post is trash. Only those who lack common sense will take the post serious.

Sahara reporter don turn to blogger..I watched the video, and it doesn't proof that they were deported from anywhere.

It shows like 7 area boys hanging around a lotto stand somewhere we don't know..

In broken English, he said the they (I believe he was referring to the police) seized their phone, but he is using the same phone to record..

The Sahara report said 5 full luxury buses dropped them, but the people there no reach 20..some area boys and an aboki family like 20 feet away

After lying online their whole lives how Lagos is their state of origin, the rusted roof dwellers were finally brought back to reality. I wonder why they’ve chosen to reject and disown their own states of origin. Even the drug lord also did same.

Instead of running away from your dilapidated and stagnated places of origin, they should learn from the Igbos on how to build modern houses in towns and villages. Allowing your places to remain like relics from the dark ages while you run to another place and start claiming indigenous is utterly stupid.
