1. Information Management Engineer

Special knowledge and skills required are as follows:

a. Relationship Management
b. Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory Management
c. Proficiency in Ms Office tools
d. Network Management, Internet Management and E mail Management
e. Web Development and proficiency in web authoring tools

Qualifications
First degree in Computer Science
One year experience

2. Service Desk and Support Engineers

Major job resbosibilities are as follows

a. Supports and administer workstations and users.
b. Systems maintenance and troubleshooting
c. Reporting with Remedy and other tools
d. Software/hardware installation and Network troubleshooting/Administrarion
e. Support on Client-Server Applications

Special Knowledge, skills and abilities required are:

a. Good Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, background processses(IIS etc)
b. Good Knowledge of database administration, backup and recovery
c. Technical reporting skills
d. Problem management
e. Oracle 9i/10g
f. Microsoft Windows 2003 Server

The following skills will be an added advantage:

Microsoft, Oracle, ITSM

Qualificatication and previous work experience

B.Sc or HND in Computer Science or Engineering
Minimun of 1 year work experience in a support/relvant enviroment
