Can't the government invest on digital surveillance remotely controlled from NSA's in Abuja that can even track a needle in the locations of our high ranking officers while productivity of a state is never paralysed nor hindered !!! I usually watch our police Officers with amazement whenever they hanged behind pick-up vehicles while there is a space to sit and U will see the driver of their hilux swerving left and right just to look rugged ....
