Sterling are cowards . They have d mind to rant rubbish. When they have failures as I.T personnels. Gad.em bank. They av succeeded in eliminating cos they av candidates already

Yeah I failed GTB like 3 times it was depressing everyone wanted me to be a banker till I closed eye and followed my programming. Not everyone's meant for the bank am glad I never passed. Where I work gives me Intense knowledge and irony is the company I work with no Nigerian bank cannot avoiding working with them.

I just don't know why some people don't know when to use I am/I'm and am in sentences.

it's normal for people to fail questions like this, it's a trickish question, though it is simple.
I feel there is no smoke since there is no combustion of fuel.

Who are those calling young graduates olodo? I guess these are the people that are close to 50 or 40+. My question is when u got employed did u even write test not to talk of computer based? I am sure most of u can't sit in d same condition with so called olodo graduate and perform better. Mtsheeew

All I see here is confusing. .. The instruction says read 'ALL' questions before answering. There were 20 questions right??. How then do you answer no 17 when you haven't read all questions? Abi no 18-20 no be questions? ? or was there a back button? ?

Sterling bank contradicted themselves IMO.. They should hv maybe simply put 'read 'across' the questions before answering...

Anyway, wetin concern me? undecided

According to Sterling Bank themselves, about 5,000 people qualified to write this test. Yet, only about 2,600 succeeded in writing the test. The real failure here is Sterling Bank Plc. Imagine sending the wrong link to candidates.

Exactly the point! People hardly pay attention to detail. A friend of mine told me how he attended an interview and was asked a question about an electric train travelling at a certain speed towards the north west and the wind was blowing against the train from the South East at a certain speed so he was asked the direction of where the smoke from the train would be diverted to. So many people failed that particular question.

It is well, stop bothering yourself, it's much more easier to get jobs In other banks - like UBA, first bank, and skye bank etc cos Dia recruitment processes are Transparent compared to sterling bank, sterling bank is strictly on referrals especially d experienced hires... U av to know someone Dia before dey can consider ur appointment. .... Find out.... Yet d bank is not doing well like others... Na dem Sabi jo
