Take Port Harcourt away from that list. That city is no where development compared to its mates and resources available to the city.

Truth is, Owerri shouldn't be there...
Not as developed as the picture portrays it!

Secondly, Ibadan is really one of the best most developed cities in Nigeria.

I respect the West for their wisdom in developing their cities, I'm not sure the same will be said about our Eastern brothers, not thanks to Aba... Lol
they call us brown roofs, they come to our place to develop our place and economy at the expense of their place. Igbo I hail o.

every state has slum and dirty part. Ibadan is doing well considering the resources it has got. I visitied there sometime last year and I was amazed to see what I sae.

Ibadan is doing better than Port harcourt if you ask me. You find more malls and mega markets. How about real estate ?? How about Night life?? I have lived in both cities and I can tell you. If you are not in GRA ph, you cannot enjoy Night life. In ibadan, you are not restricted to one location.
