If u've not seen this hope u get to laff...

My dear Jagjit,

I am in a well here and hoping you are also in a well there. I'm writing
this letter slowly, because I know you cannot read fast. We don't live
where we did when you left home. Your dad read in the newspaper that most
accidents happen 20 miles from home, so we moved 20 miles. I won't be able
to send the address as the last Sardar who stayed here took the house
numbers with them for their new house so they would not have to change
their address. Hopefully by next week we will be able to take our earlier
address plate here, so that our address will remain same too. This place
is really nice. It even has a washing machine, situated right above the
toilet.

I'm not sure it works too well. Last week I put in 3 shirts, pulled the
chain and haven't seen them since. The weather here isn't too bad. It
rained only twice last week. The first time it rained for 3 days and
second time for 4 days. The coat you wanted me to send you, your Aunt said
it would be a little too heavy to send in the mail with all the metal
buttons, so we cut them off and put them in the pocket.

Your father has another job. He has 500 men under him. He is cutting the
grass at the cemetery. By the way I took Bahu to our club's poolside. The
manager is Badmash. He told her that two piece swimming suit is not
allowed in his club. We were confused as to which piece should we remove?

Your sister had a baby this morning. I haven't found out whether it is a
girl or a boy, so I don't know whether you are an Aunt or Uncle. Your
uncle, Jetinder fell in the nearby well. Some men tried to pull him out,
but he fought them off bravely and drowned. We cremated him and he burned
for three days.

Your best friend, Balwinder, is no more. He died trying to fulfil his
father's last wishes. His father had wished to be buried in the sea after
he died. And your friend died while in the process of digging a grave for
his father.

There isn't much more news this time. Nothing much has happened.

Love Mom.

PS(NOTE): Jagjit, I was going to send you some money but by the time I
realised, I had already sealed off this letter.

Buy-Buy.

Heh. Sometimes one wants to Nigerianize some of these jokes. I don't know if Nigerianization makes the joke more or less funny.
Re: An Indian Woman's letter to her daughter by Chigszy(f): 3:14pm On Jun 09, 2005
@seun but he did not try to nigerialise it like you said (if that was what you meant), it was about an indian mother writing to her daughter...
Re: An Indian Woman's letter to her daughter by tayotina(f): 5:19pm On Jun 09, 2005
Allen, that was splendid, especially the fourth paragraph (am sure you still don't know whether he's an uncle or an aunt.

I was almost choking on my breath. Nice one boy!!! wink

This is simply the baddest and funkiest joke I've come across of this forum.

He was to fulfil his father's wish of being buried at his desired place and he died in the course of fulfilling it.

A jet airliner is in trouble due to a fuel leak.

The captain comes on the radio and states they are jettisoning all luggage to save weight and make it to an airport. A few minutes later, he asks the passengers to toss out everything even their seat covers and stand if necessary.

This still isn't enough so he asks for volunteers to jump out. Of course no one comes forward. He then says,"since otherwise we crash and all die, I'll do this alphabetically..

"Are there any African-Americans on board?"

No one comes forward.....

"Are there any Blacks on board?"

No one comes forward....

Are there any Coloreds on board?"

Still nothing...

Back at their seat, a little Black girl turns to her mother and asks,

"Momma, aren't we all those things?"

The mother looks down and replies, "No honey, today we are Negroes."

check this out.   Nnamdi Azikwe,Awolowo and Tafawa Balewa represented nija in an

international confrence in london.after much talk and debate

the host been the Queen decided to host the delegates in Buckinham palace, there was

eough to eat and drink.the cutleries were all made of pure 18carat british gold.

immediately my nna bro noticed this he started calcuting its worth in naira and before u say

Zik 1 set has disappeared into his pockets,Awo was still planning his move but however noticed zik hide a  1 set
Mallam Tafa was busy chewing Kolanut, Awo stood up and hit his knife on the wine glass to

attract the other delegates attention, gaining thier attention he made this speech

Awo; hnm ,on behalf of Federal Republic of Nigeria i want to use this medium to thank the

British government for hospitality and most expecially this delicious meal, to show my

appreciation i would want to call on my bro from nigeria wit whom i would breifly show u all

present a little black magic,he beckons to Zik, and Zik ignorant of Awo's plan stepped outside

unto the podium, Awo continues, after chanting some

abrakadabra he annouced that he was going to hide a set of cuttleries in his own agbada and

then retrieve it from Zik's pocket.instantly he dropped a set into his  own pocket and
removed the 1 Zik had earlier hidden,

he recieved a standing ovation including the aboki eating GORO.
