N0t actually all the country. But where have you traveled beside Kwara to Ibadan (and the state(s) between if any).

And sooooo? There's no Internet to know what's going on the country? Do you have to travel to the US to know the development going on there?

Come on mallam.. Shock me with sense! sad

Yes there are fact excluding Lagos.

Present them and tell us why Lagos should be excluded. Is it not part of South West again?

Take Lagos out of the southwest, what remains is a cocoa and kolanut farm.

Take Lagos out, SW still remains the most developed.

As Asari DOkubo said...Open all Seaports in SS; Port Harcourt, Onne, Calabar and Warri, and Riverport in Ontisha, and cut off oil allocation to Lagos, and watch Lagos fall like pack of cards. He said you will see yorubaas begging in the streets like Alamajiris. These people have nothing, they use Niger Delta oil allocation money to service their loans, deceiving you they are doing well. Did you know that all SW states have exceeded their borrowing limits? Meaning, banks will not loan them money again. That's why they are afraid of separation as Igbos want. What are you afraid of, afonjas? You claim you are this, that, you are tall like Iroko, but when we tell you to stand alone since you are all that and contributing to Nigeria more than others, you say no; whom are you deceiving? You think we are fools? Same Igbos you say contributes nothing, want to be alone, you panic and use all avenues of evil and envy to rubbish their struggle. Wicked evil things!
pls let me borrow this your writing.

coming from somebody that has travelled a lot. I have been to all SE capitals. I have been to all SS except yenagoa. I have been to all SW capitals. Lagos is not part of SW. Be sincere with yourself, enugu, owerri, umuahia and awka (since u have not been to abakiliki) are far more developed than akure, osogbo, abeokuta and ibadan. I dont usually include Ekiti because Fayose is a great man.
lol, the last statement just exposed you finally hehehehehe. The way you people display stupidity is high. So Lagos is not part of south western states, then it must be part of south eastern states. Sorry about your predicament.

The 53sqkm is just 2 LGAs(Onitsha North & South). If you add the entire Onitsha metropolis(Nkpor, Obosi, Ogidi, Oba, Umuoji, Nkwelle Ezunanka, Ogbaru Ogunike), then it may be approaching 1000sqkm. Well in any case Onitsha is still ahead of Ibadan whether bigger or smaller.

the whole of Onitsha is 53km. stop twisting facts

You are extremely ignorant bros.
The SW still has more organised towns than any other region. Go to a small town in SW and you are more likely to see working public water supply. As far as intl standards for dev is concerned SW is far ahead. When you think development think information(telco presence), road access to communities, water, healthcare that's shared by all and stop thinking about big mansion with a borehole next to a soakaway who owner probably consult a chemist sales girl more often than doctors.

Olodo listen to me.

The old Lagos (FCT) consists of the islands and mainland which include Yaba, Iganmu and Surulere.

The rest including Ikeja was designed and built by the Western Region. Ikorodu and Epe also used to be part of the Western Region . Successive Lagos state government have been responsible for the development of these regions of the state.

The usa have the media to portray their land which the northern Nigeria lack. The northern Nigeria is less interested in bragging with other part of the country or posting it development online. Check Nairaland the population of Nothern Nigeria is the least.

Last week me and igbo man are arguing. He agreed the north is more develped than the south but he is blaming Buhari for developing the north not knowing it was developed by the state government and not federal.

I dont have time for this now. Lagos should be excluded because It is then the capital of Nigeria, all development was centered there since time memorial. Still some section of the world recognize Lagos as capital of Nigeria. For example the date we are using in designing websites it reads Africa/Lagos and Not Africa/Abuja. Weather reports in international media present Lagos as Nigeria. Some embassy are still operating from Lagos.

For the Late part of your post, I am not saying Lagos is not south west. Lagos is southwest. I am not foolish as you are to claim Kwara is soutwest.

Take Lagos out and soutwest is nothing. Thats why most of ypu guys run there and be claiming lagos boy.

If any have more, please do endeavor to add to the list.

NB; if Enugu and Owerri can't provide all as listed , sorry, they are not as developed as Ibadan because most of those things listed are currently available right inside Ibadan.

If Onitsha, Owerri and Enugu are more developed than Ibadan, why is it difficult to list all the things I have listed here for all to see?

Abi, these things are not available in these cities? Of course, I know they don't have as much as claimed hench the silence.

Abi, development is all about flower and residential buildings? grin
