Na wa. These coys are just getting worse each day. So if after one month, they send you away and pay nothing, without an offer letter, you know you have effectively worked for free. Even if one is on probation, an offer letter still should be given. It's not as if they go to mount Sinai to get it. Abeg those people are looking for free labor. That's how they will use 12 people in a year without paying a dime.

Be very very careful. Are u d only one in dis situation? any temporary id card given? U might need to complain to d headperson there dat on ur way to work or/and ur way from work dat security agents have acousted u to findout where u are working; therefore u might need a hand-written letter OR any documentation addressed to WHOM IT MAY CONCERN .... dis might help u as evidence if they want 2 just use u. best of luck!

Think before you leap. A firm that's ready to pay 400k a month shouldn't have any difficulty issuing you an offer letter even if it's for a month. My opinion though. Employer turned scammer
