Glo is a scam. They advertised #500 for 2GB only to give 800MB at the end of the day. I just started using my sim after a year's absence and the first thing was for them to deduct my first recharge for some dubious service I never registered for. God in heaven knows I'm abandoning the SIM for real this time when I'm done with my credit.

Glo is the worst network in nigeria. Instead of using their money to try to solve their network issues and improve their network , they spend it on celebrities as though I'm gonna buy a sim simply because psquare recommends it

When i try to check balance with *127*0# i get the reply below.

Also when try to subsribe for data using *777# i get the same reply.

After checking his data balance, what is the sense there if he cannot use it to browse the internet?

I have not been able to browse on the glo network at all since yesterday. Thank God there are other alternatives, however, expensive.

The truth is that glo network is experiencing serious shi.t and they don't have the courtesy to inform subscribers. Glo is really poo.

I bought 2500 air time to subscribe for 12GB worth of Data, after trying for several hours, with the similar message below. I called their customer care who told me that they are having issues with data for now, advising me to wait. the painful part was when I woke up this morning my 2500 naira air time is now 2300 naira, because of some stupid and useless auto-renewer services that glo use to steal money from customers most times I am not even aware.
