I bought 2500 air time to subscribe for 12GB worth of Data, after trying for several hours, with the similar message below. I called their customer care who told me that they are having issues with data for now, advising me to wait. the painful part was when I woke up this morning my 2500 naira air time is now 2300 naira, because of some stupid and useless auto-renewer services that glo use to steal money from customers most times I am not even aware.

This shhit has to stop, same thing with me.
1k has been deducted to 935h.
I go just jejely exhaust my airtime, I'm dumping this stupid asss network.

In this case, I believe you didn't understand or apply the new rules, especially following your abandoning the line for so long. Glo's new rules have been all over the place for several months now.

Seek out and properly apply Glo's current subscription rules, and you'll receive 4GB for 10000 Naira. In most cases, the complete data appears at once. In some instances, the core data is followed by the remains bonus generally within 30 minutes.

But based on what they placed on their subscription page, #500 goes for 2GB for 10 days which I clicked but surprisingly was given just 800MB. If you can actually make me understand such deceit in a logical manner perhaps I might change my stance.

I don't know why it's taking them time. They need to do serious work on their network, 'cause it now seems the only thing synonymous with GLO is poor network.

Unmatched data size, price, speed, and of course quality,...... the type of network that will give you unfinishable 3gig in one month.

THE WORST PART is the thieves are nibbling the airtime and its now down to N1,040 without a single call or VAS from my part. i cant wait to break to break this glo sim

if you don't want them to be stealing your airtime, buy a new glo line, don't register it subscribe and use it for only browsing. That's what I'm doing I can't make or receive calls with the sim but I can browse and they've never stolen a dime from it. I use mtn for call

I totally agree with you. Though my glo works ok at the moment. It is what I'm using to browse now but it vanishes once I get home. The reception can be really crappy at times. I think their whole system is faulty cos on many occasions last week and this week I went to their office to purchase a 4g sim and I was told that they will sell it to me but there is no network to register it.
Up until yesterday, no network still.

It is really bad of them.

Mine is still giving me bull-shi.t.

Glo gives double data to only those that automatically renew their data, in other words, don't let your data to expire before you sub again, if your data mistakenly expired and you want to get double data, first of all, sub for 100 naira plan then sub for the higher plan then you'll be given double data

My own case no internet connection, my glo sim is in dustbin right now

Many people have been facing that same problem and it couldn't be even solved by customer care agents. Nevertheless, you may check your data balance and others by downloading glo café application

When i try to check balance with *127*0# i get the reply below.

Also when try to subsribe for data using *777# i get the same reply.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing..
