Responsibilities & Experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience
• Experience on Construction projects
• Experienced in the Preparation of Valuations, variations and attending negotiation meetings
• Experience in the Preparation of Cash flow, project budgets and cost reports
• Ensuring contracts are financially controlled, to budget and to the clients’ requirements.
• Maintaining established profit margins
QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc. (2nd Class Upper Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience.
Salary:
Negotiable but based on experience
