1. EXPERIENCED QUANTITY SURVEYORS
Responsibilities & Experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience
• Experience on Construction projects
• Experienced in the Preparation of Valuations, variations and attending negotiation meetings
• Experience in the Preparation of Cash flow, project budgets and cost reports
• Ensuring contracts are financially controlled, to budget and to the clients’ requirements.
• Maintaining established profit margins
QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc. (2nd Class Upper Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Salary:
Negotiable but based on experience

2. ACCOUNT OFFICER
There is an opening for ACCOUNTS OFFICER with minimum of OND/AAT qualification and 2 years work experience.
Applicants must be self-motivated with ability to process basic accounting transactions, the use of Microsoft office tools, knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software will also be an added advantage.

Salary package is in the range of 50,000 - 60,000/month
