Please gentlemen and ladies,i want to travel to Japan for post graduate studies. I need info on the requirements and also a school with low tuition that lectures in English language. Also are people on study visa allowed to work and study at the same time in Japan?

Yes you are allowed to work 28 hours a week as a student on student visa.
Break the 28 hours rule and get deported.
All National Universities are the cheapest, annual fees of about 600,00¥.
Choose your school wisely.
Osaka, Tohoku, Nagaoka are good National Universities.

Google the schools......Tohoku University, Tokyo University is for geniuses, Ashikaga University,Kumamoto University, Osaka University etc...
Admissions is twice annually, March and August I think.

applications are online but you also have to send paper applications. the main problem is i think entrance exams that japanese national schools maybe a skype interview might suffice of late. graduate school lectures are in english
