This incidence was due to negligence but leveling criminal charges against them is a no no. The parents are grieving,if only one can feel the pains they are going through now.
They have learnt their lesson in a very bitter way, all we need is to sympathize with them and tell them to be careful next time.

A lot of people are dying due to negligence on their part , negligence on the part of caregivers ,medical doctors ,drivers ,nurses , politicians et al.

There are some kind of luxury you don't put in your house because you're anticipating you'll soon have kids and if you must then all necessary safety measures and precautions should be put in place.


You don't go against logic without opening doors and windows for errors which might cause an accident.
