I dont think problem is ighalo, even he himself knows that he isn't good ,the problem is the coach ,why introduce ighalo early in the 2nd half when a player like iwobi was on the bench. I told ppl before that match that if ighalo is made to start any of the halves we will lose,he doesn't contribute anything to the team apart from conceeding unnecessary fouls and free kicks
Alex Iwobi is not a striker but he can finish. I don't think he would have done well playing Ighalo's position.

Biafrans everywhere defeating Nigeria by all means grin.

Before during and after Biafra restoration referendum, all the Biafrans will return to their real country, Biafra.

In this alone week Biafra 3 - Nigeria 0.

Referendum will be the finishing game.

Ighalo this is a big lesson to you and other people that became unhappy when good fortunes happened to someone.
During our last match with Iceland when Ahmed Musa score goal. Ighalo was only Nigeria player that was not at celebrating mood rather he was busy looking at gerot rohr to bring him in for the match. Ighalo I have forgiven you but try to change your disgusting attitudes towards your team mate. Wish you more success in your football journey

Where Nigeria dey see all those useless no 9 self?

The problem started with iheanacho who didn't even know what to do with the ball when it gets to him, he was dumber than I thought he was and was rightfully replaced with someone that was more involved in the game but had no brain's to convert all the scoring Chance that came his way.

The truth is this, Argentina was the better side while the SE survived been trashed because the goal margin wasn't a true reflection of the entire 80 minutes that was played on Nigerias goal area.

Our game plan was to catch Argentina on the counter, sadly we couldn't even hold on to the ball so as to effect that game plan rather they where brainlessly kicking out the balls to any direction thereby allowing Argentina to get the possession of the ball again and kept on sustaining the life and energy draining attack on the SE's.

With such tempo in attack from the Argentines, it was just a matter of time before the SE's caved in which was definitely going to happen.

Nigeria should count themselves lucky for leaving that pitch with just 2goals conceded.

Argentina played with the intent to win and qualify from that group while Nigeria played with the intent of just containing the onslaught from the Argentines and both teams finally achived what they both set out to accomplish.

Argentina went through while Nigeria contained the anticipated annihilation from the Argentines to just 2 goal's by not doing a Saudi Arabia.

Wrong!

Argentina had 7 shots at goal - 4 on target and three off target.
Nigeria had 8 shots - 3 on target, 5 off.

So?

Nigerians were blaming experienced referee for their loss instead of blaming this over-rated striker. Everytime they fail to play well in the tournament, they shout 'ojoro' and blame the referees. Funny country. Even the penalty that was given to Nigeria was not clear enough

Yes o. Not clear like the one awarded to Costa Rica against Nigeria

You sabi football.

I knew we were going to regret those chances. The coach also was tactless especially in the last quarter. He should have brought in additional defender seeing that the Argentine had introduced an extra attacker. We had the opportunity to progress but inexperience, poor finishing and lack of good tactics cost us the match.

Also teach our boys and girls to be more confident in life. We are clearly lacking when the spotlight is on. We wilt massively
the problem wasn't ighalo but the coach. at 85mins with a tired and overloaded fullbacks, he should have just subbed off ighalo for an extra defender like ebuehi.
Aren't you surprised that Nigerians had to ''teach'' him what to do after the first game. I can't imagine a mourinho in that situation.

Iwobi did not contribute much against Croatia because he was marooned out into the left flank. Iwobi plays better facing the goal post behind one or two strikers. Check all his goal for club and country most came from him playing in front of the goal not on the flank. Rohr is just a poor game reader. He hardly even know these players. A big pity.

The coach ran out of ideas because I was also hoping he was going to bring in a defender or defensive mildfider so as to neutralize/frustrate the Argentines as the game was winding up but the coach became hypnotized by the way the Argentines where attacking the SE's, It is even possible the coach wanted to run out of the picture to go and consult the gods on what next to do because he was completely lost and had no clue on what to do next.

The sad part is this, history keeps repeating itself when it comes to world cup & Nigeria, same story different venues.

I don't know why our players are moving to China to play football. It shows how we value money than the real core hard work. Nigerians believe in money in everything where as money is not everything. The coach on his part is one stubborn man who do not read games well.

if a striker cant finish and score then he is not a striker , good strikers are judged by the number of goals they score , but if a player can can very well then he should be giving the striking duty
