My respect for Ighalo just went off the roof now. That's a leader right there. If only Buhari will learn from this young man and take responsibility for the wanton killings all over the north...

By the way, I hold the coach responsible for yesterday's loss, not you bro. He is a murutum imkpavum.

The problem with many of our african footballers is that that they hardly train to improve on themselves. Apart frm the normal training do with the club and national coaches u are supposed to have ur own private training session. Be fit as a fiddle at all times..u are a proffesional athlete for God's sake! Look at Ronaldo and Messi. These guys are diligent athletes.they have private training sessions to improve on themselves and they also watch what they eat. How can you be an athlete and u will be drinking beer and engaging in cigarette smoking. How can u be an athlete and u will consume five heavy plates of fufu. How will u be able to run fast as a striker. Look at d european and south american teams. They have pace, they are agile but when it comes to african teams in the world cup they are so heavy abd they find it hard to move fast.ighalo as a striker is so slow and he's too heavy. The NFF should look more on the type of diet administered to the super eagles. Any super eagles player caught drinking beer and eating isi ewu during training session should be severely punished. Ppl like Ronaldo are always on nutricious diet during training sessions.

Gra Gra and local champion can only take you to a certain level
Build the next squad with the boys that played atlethico Madrid and some of these present eagles
Also teach our boys and girls to be more confident in life. We are clearly lacking when the spotlight is on. We wilt massively
Rubbish! Did u see our keeper save a Messi free kick. Our boys tackling star players. Our midfield representing??

I dont think the problem is ighalo, even he himself knows that he isn't good ,the problem is the coach ,why introduce ighalo early in the 2nd half when a player like iwobi was on the bench. I told ppl before that match that if ighalo is made to start any of the halves we will lose,he doesn't contribute anything to the team apart from conceding unnecessary fouls and free kicks

Iwobi wouldn't have done anything too bro.... Nigeria is yet to get good strikers!

But Iwobi played against Croatia and did not contribute much. Let us say the truth, your players lacked purpose and motivation. They actually never believed they could win the cup. Look at Argentina players. They had a purpose which is to win the cup. You could see it in the field. That 90 minutes was a battle ground for the Argentines.

That’s rubbish talk out boys gave their all and played well I’m really proud. We need a proper striker but I’m too impressed. You forget that Argentina has the best player in the world and Half the squad play for the best clubs

You are not a worthy player. The best you can do for us is to simply retire and remain in China and go to Chinese restaurants to continue eating your sushi or whatever is fattening you buttocks and heavy laps.

You are lacklustre and a bad dream that people want to forget very quickly. Help us do that by going quietly away from national football.

Better!

But Nigerian footballers have to start learning how to work hard. They forget Football is their career.

Get yourself trained consistently. That's what made CR7 become a star.

The difference between CR7 and Messi is that even though Messi is more talented, CR7 is very hardworking and diligent ... and that's why he is better!
who told u Messi is more talented...abeg cr7 na football genius hardwork is jst d packaging there

The aim of Nigerian players like Ighalo is to run away from poverty and eat those Isi ewu, turkey etc that they couldn't afford growing up in Ajegunle and other slums. Once they start making that money, na to eat those things and conquer poverty nothing else matters. Na to dey jaiye jaiye dey go.

The likes of CR7 are not motivated by food and poverty, they are motivated by a quest for glory. When we were at USA 94, yekini, okocha and co weren't making millions.

The only way to make it in the world cup is to go with hungry players. It is also the reason why we do well at FIFA youth championships. The boys are hungry. The next world cup must have at least 50% home based hungry players who have something to prove. Not overfed and underachieving and contented brats like Ighalo and Iheanacho who have already achieved their aim to run away from poverty.

My brother it's not your fault.

It is not even the referee's fault because that foul shouldn't attract a penalty at all cos the guy's hand involuntarily touched the ball.

It is not even the coach's fault cos he did his best.

It is the mentality that your team had while playing Croatia and Argentina that shook the table.

# The new super eagles coach, Jay-Jay Okocha, should start scouting for fresh and talented players cos Qatar 2022 will not be funny with the inclusion of more countries.

Nigerians were blaming experienced referee for their loss instead of blaming this over-rated striker. Everytime they fail to play well in the tournament, they shout 'ojoro' and blame the referees. Funny country. Even the penalty that was given to Nigeria was not clear enough
Shut up. It is idiots like you that allow refs get away with cheating African teams. Before you were born, many of us have been watching world cups, and it is the same old story of highly dubious decisions against African sides.

Maybe the idiot has collected money to throw the game, and is now forming hard man, by "taking responsibility" for the loss, with bulging pockets.

Are you okay at all? Before I was born? What make you think you are older than me? You nit-wit! I thought I told three weeks ago that your boys will mess up in the world cup. Instead you chose to carry that 'Africa superiority' in that dumb head of yours. If you had watched their friendlies, you won't need anybody to tell you that they won't do well in the tornament.
