You can't relegate a business because its not enticing or has the flair you are looking for or used to, most of the drugs we use have herbal properties and Agbo is just the raw form. There are people who support themselves and families with this business and they are not beggars.

PDP are not used to playing opposition, they have a lot to learn, they try to alienate people to the government, but unconsciously doing the opposite.

It is for petty traders. Eg those selling gala, akara, puff puff, pure water, plantain chips, agbo Jedi, tuwo, garri, bread etc

Are these not petty traders? Is 10,000 not good for a start?

Has PDP ever given N5000 before let alone N10,000 to 2,000,000 people?

Leave Osinbajo and his pro-poor plans

Your party had the chance to rebuild Nigeria- roads, electricity, railways, airport, waterways, etc you failed woefully, another party came and is building roads, rails, power, waterways, airports, seaports, etc and you are pained.

You are in Serious Pain grin
Are you minding the daft & shameless PDPigss & IPIGs?
Instead of PDP to provide jobs, they were scamming the already unemployed youth of N1000 & even killing a lot of them through the immigration job scam by the ineffectual buffoon & his minister for interior, Abba Morro!

Transparent:
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has berated the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, over the federal government’s empowerment of some traders with N10,000 in Osun State.

PDP’s spokesperson, Kola Ologbondiyan, said it was a shame that Osinbajo could condescend to empower “Agbo jedi” sellers with N10,000 in Osun State.

Sharing a photograph of those empowered on his Twitter handle, Ologbondiyan wrote, “It’s a shame that a pastor and a professor of law, VP @ProfOsinbajo will stoop this low to encourage the 10k “agbo jedi” empowerment in Osun.

“Aregbe has made life so pitiable for Osun citizens.”

Osinbajo had on Monday arrived in Iwo, Osun State, to launch an empowerment programme for 30,000 traders across the state.

The programme tagged ‘Tradermoni’ is an initiative of the Federal Government in collaboration with the Bank of Industry for petty traders.

Each of the 30,000 traders are billed to receive the sum of N10,000 to boost their businesses.

Executive Director of BOI, Toyin Adeniji, said the bank would not relent until every Nigerian who is willing, has access to loans irrespective of their status or level of education.

These 'monies' used to end up in few people's pocket before now. If it is getting to the poor for small small businesses now, we should commend the govt.

Hemorrhoids are real.

Traditional medicine is respected in other parts of the world - Chinese acupuncture, Indian traditional techniques are sought after.

Local orthopaedic methods, I've seen work wonders where orthodox medicine failed.

Belittling our local concoctions for hemorrhoids/pile shows how close minded PDP members are.

This is part of what you envy in the advanced nations eg security payments for the unemployed, etc.

Let us begin from somewhere.

Now, they give tradermoni- for the micro business owners- 6 months later it will be N15, 000 and 6 months later N20,000

There is also N5,000 monthly for the extremely poor people

There is N-power for 500,000 unemployed

There is Anchor Borrowers for Agriculture

There is Smal scale loans from N50,000 for traders

There is school feeding for 8M pupils

If this is not good to you, what will?

You guys research well before making comments. So many petty traders in the South West need just between 10K - 30K to starting their trading business. You will know this if you ask around since you claim to be from Osun. Even in Lagos, I know so many who started a pretty trading business with just 12K. How much do some of them get from Grooming and Lapo. If PDP had started this 19 years ago, I bet poverty would have gone down considerably.
