It depends on the course you studied and the university you are applying for. Your b.sc is the foundation for your m.sc and PhD. To me, m.sc and PhD should be pure research hence there may be no need for physical conversation with supervisors but for Nigeria, we too like paper. If schools like UI and Uni lag have m.sc( research only), PhD( research only) then I see no reason why NOUN shouldn't be accepted. The stereotype given to that institution ( NOUN) may make it difficult for you to lecture in most public schools
