When we tell people money is not always equal to sense, they will not gree, how will people be so rich enough to build big houses but to give money to people wey get planning sense to plan Good drainage system....their sense will not let them reason that flood fit pursue them for house and damage their properties.... Penny wise.. Pounds foolish.

The most trashy estate in Lekki. The developers did a very shaby job in all their estates which is spread at almost everywhere.

I think this is not just the rain but with combination of the dam that was recently opened, appt of places on the mainland is flooded.
