A contract is an agreement& every contract has conditions & responsibilities 4 both parties. When u open an account with a bank, it is a contract. If u tell a tailor to sew ur clothes and he agrees, it is a contract. D same thing applies to d r/ship with ur political representatives. If u can't tolerate failure in service delivery from ur bank& tailor, then y will u do d same from ur elected representatives? Oh, I forgot. U don't no d meaning of contract.
