More information about the Anambra-based man who was accused of pushing down his girlfriend from the 5th floor of their apartment in Onitsha has emerged, days after LIB shared the report.

The suspect was reportedly forced to marry the deceased after he impregnated her while working as his salesgirl.

The man who allegedly called his "in-laws" to inform them that his pregnant girlfriend was missing, was allegedly busted and found smoking cigarettes after a neighbour saw the lady fall from their apartment into another compound during a quarrel.

A womans body belongs to her, she has the responsibility to take care of herself and not forcefully drag another human being into a life they dont want because of her lapses.

Lol i am a Muslim that is not very religious at all. Funny enough i am starting to like religion. You know why? Those old testament times, you could not use a woman and throw it in her face like the way especially black men are doing now. It is actually the women that are suffering in this new age. The problem with the current generation is that the lack a knowledge of history. They only listen to and regurgitate what others in authority tells them, instead of taking the time and effort to learn how things were in the past.

Today is the best times in the history of mankind, for women, in terms of liberty and freedom. Just a few centuries ago, women were property, property of their parents, husband's, uncle's and other family members. They were given away (more like traded off as soon as they attain puberty. They had absolutely no say in who they marry. Virginity was a priced asset to the girl's family when negotiating for bride price.

In the olden days women were exploited by men and they had no right to complain. During the constant wars, young women of the defeated tribes were sex slaves, the old women were actual slaves. So many bastards were born with no known fathers.

Most world's religions seem to enforce that system, that a woman is private property. She should not be permitted to be seen, talked to, associate with others who don't own her. Till today ultra religious societies and organization's still operate that way, especially the Christian and muslim religions.
