the SE and SW and SS . SE is landlocked but has access to the sea but it will pass through the SS so they will tax us apart from that we have one of the greatest resources which is human resources. honestly I don't see the landlocked basis as a bad thing the only thing it will prevent us from having a powerful navy but our goods will get to us faster than importing through Lagos which we currently do.

The waterways will be international, so they won't be able to tax us.

If you don't have a coastline you don't need a navy to defend it.
