Monthly Salary: NGN 50,000 ( Salary to be Reviewed after 3 months base on Performance )

Bonus: (8-10)% of Yearly Salary, which is dependent on employee and company performance

Job brief
We are looking for a reliable Operations & Logistics Coordinator to be responsible for the Operations, logistics & supply chain management. Your responsibilities include organizing and monitoring logistics and dispatch of finished parcels withing and outside Nigeria

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategically plan and manage logistics
• Recieve customers Pick up and Drop up Location
• Cordinate with the Dispatch Riders for effective movement and deliveries
• Daily updated report
• Proper management of the Companies Properties


REQUIREMENT
• Proven working experience as an Operations or Logistics coordinator
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• BS in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain

Education and Experience:
• Degree or equivalent experience: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Logistics and related fields

• Years of experience: 1 - 5years of relevant experience. International experience is a plus.

• Specialized training in: Supply chain, or Six Sigma training is a plus
