If you want an actual master coder (6-7yrs experience) and then consider starting your budget from 400-500k and above. Because these guys already have a lot on their plate so convincing them to take 2hrs off of their time every weekday will require a substantial compensation.

Anyone that offers to do it for peanuts certainly lacks the required skills you need. If they actually had the skills that they claim won't need to take up such low paying jobs.

I'm sorry to all the programmers here for underating your services. I did a little research and found out programming doesn't come cheap. The salary is increased. Check new post for more info

50 to 60k can only get you junior developers in one programming language like python, to get someone good in all 3 languages to collect 60k is almost impossible
