If you go back to the beginning of the other thread, he told you all that he confessed because he didn’t know better. Now he has changed the story completely and started out this reply saying he was never arrested yet ended it with him being placed under arrest.

This is getting funny because he is clowning you all. How does someone on a VISITORS VISA BUY SIX SUVs CASH and LIVE in an apartment complex? In the US, there is a procedure to making very large purchases with cash and anyone who knows that procedure will see the lie.
How does someone on a VISITORS VISA LAWFULLY BUY, REGISTER, AND INSURE A CAR?

You guys are dealing with a compulsive liar who will soon manipulate you into thinking that police were jealous of his wealth.

Somehow, I smelt fish too, when his initial story came up. It could honestly have been a case of mistaken identity. However, he did skilfully paint a picture that he was guilty of no crime at all.

Listen and read this please

There were two videos involved in this case :

1, The video that showed me captured by the surveillance camera

2, The video that showed the unmistaken identity of the man this lady reported

The evidences I am presenting showed the lady reported the man wears khaki short (911record)

I don't want to know his past records but this his sentencing looks somehow. He may have been accused wrongly and you have locked your heart to only believe the records you obtain from the same people who sentenced him. He challenged you here to show the evidence where signed an affidavit affirming to be the person in cctv video chasing down the victim the court provided, you haven't done that.
It's better to stop commenting than spoiling this guy's chance of getting justice(if he is innocent).

The reason that I will stop commenting isn’t about spoiling his chance but more about you guys learning a lesson.

What I am going to say before I close is this: when the inevitable happens and you all get shut down, there will one day be a truly innocent Nigerian, who will not start out telling lies from jump, that needs help however the chances will be null because of your efforts to help someone that has already burned thousands of bridges.

Thanks for reading between the lines sir. As you can see, that lady and her ilk are actually jealous and she’s just trying to deflect, because the guy bought six suvs then he must be guilty of anything he’s accused of.

That was the police officer Adam Kicker testimony at the trial
He was the only officer that confessed that he had seen the video footage that showed the man in khaki short.

The video is an exculpatory evidence for me because as you can see the photo from the surveillance camera , that was me standing wearing pant....

Let me get this straight, that cctv photo was of you at a different location, wearing a different attire when the crime was being perpetrated?

You are really, really daft. Him claiming that he purchased 6 SUVs cash while on a VISITORS VISA and registered and insured one of them is confessing to a brand new set of felonies that he was never charged with.

You guys are providing me and others with tons of laughs. Too bad you are spoiling the chances of innocent Nigerians.

Those are private law firms and they are very expensive. I doubt he still has that amount of money for private lawyers at this stage, I understand it's been over 3 years already. One option is to set up a gofund me for him but he has to get someone in his family or someone he trusts to be the custodian for the funds for his legal fees. If a gofund me is agreed I would advise him to use his family member and not anyone from here. Then those that have the means can be chipping in no matter how small. You might be surprised what would be realised in a year or even less than a year and that could go a long way to help him out.

What we want right now is to look for legal aid foundations and charities that provide legal assistance for wrongfully accused or the racially profiled or racially disadvantaged to take up his case and build something from all the provided documents and make some noise so the appeal is faster and gets to the right channels as well

The two direct evidences are transcripts from the testimony of detective Adam Kiker , the police officer that watched the video and saw the man in khaki short.

If that still from the cctv footage you posted showed the guy in different place and wearing something different, how then was he convicted? Wasn’t these evidence tendered in court? I’m not just understanding.

Let me explain sth to you.

He was in jail when those lawyers were suggested to him. I mean his lawyers. He wanted a fair trial..and he couldn't go out. He had to work with them. The first three were same White people from Georgia.

After the long run, he wasn't satisfied with their processes...since he was limited. Remember, he is still in jail footing all the bills..some very exorbitant...and it seemed they were only interested in extorting him (my words).

He sacked them and was standing for himself alone. When the judgement was passed, he was standing alone. He couldn't interrupt when the judge was saying all the things to the jury. He was standing alone. The jury never heard his DNA expert results because he would have been acquitted then. Yes, he would. The judge never gave a room for that tho.

The judge got flared up of his incessant legal fightback and translated it to being not remorseful, hence the gory and long sentences!. Who is remorseful about what they didn't do?

The whole world knows Georgia to be a very tight place for Blacks. Those dudes discriminate a lot.

Also it is ideal to note that it was the Police who provided every thing used to label him a criminal. The same police who stopped him and questioned him of his SUV ..which they later didn't talk about again but brought in the rape case. Initially, they questioned him about the SUV..then diverted to the rape case. He didn't want to respond to them because he wanted his lawyer to speak for him since he didn't know what they were up to. They resorted to saying they shall put the whole charges on him (his words).

Think: who rapes sb in the park of all places when he has a lodge he was staying close there with a room?

What he was wearing was different from what the footage showed. Can sb be at two places the same time? They arrested him cos he was closest to the scene.

Why is the police refusing to accept the DNA expert's results...a professional with over 43 years of experience? Is the police hiding sth?

His DNA with that of the results for the vaginal and the cum didn't match! His contained 20, that was 10...and 10 was the rapist! But the police rather termed it inconclusive...and you and I know what being inconclusive meant! Why were they standing on the fence? Science is rather yes or no.

Then this brings another question. What or who is being protected here? Why is this partial? Because he is black? Why is the judge so enveloped with bitterness to serve him such sentence? That meant if humans lived 1000 years, she was ready to give him it to restrict him for life!

This case is since 2017! Do you know what it feels to be behind bars since then...and most painful when you are innocent?

This could happen to anyone.

True.
Probably missions or anti racism foundations and charities.
Well, we're keenly observing. If the go fund me becomes necessary, I believe Nigerians can be able to assist if his innocence can be proven to a certain extent.

2, The video that showed the unmistaken identity of the man this lady reported

The evidences I am presenting showed the lady reported the man wears khaki short (911record)

Also the police officer that viewed the surveillance video footage and his report that he saw the man in khaki short

This lady also testified at the trial that the man wears khaki short
And again the police officer also testified that he saw the man that was wearing khaki short

That was the man this lady reported, this is the only video evidence that shows the unmistaken identity of the man this lady reported.

Why is the police hiding this video from the public?

Under due process clause of 14the amendment rights, I am entitled to the video in order to perfect my defense

The jury have the right to see all the evidences that showed any kind of identification in this case,in order to be able to determine who actually committed the crime.

As you can see from the photo I attached I wasn't wearing khaki short and it is totally impossible for me to be at 2 desperate locations at the same time wearing 2 different kind of cloth.

Don't forget the prosecutor protested and objected to in-court identification WHY? Isn't that a normal criminal trial procedure in America?

Everybody want justice for this lady but when you convict innocent person,is that the type of justice this lady want?

How can you get justice through injustice?

All these documents I am sharing were part of evidences that was never shared with the public......so your family or whoever you called doesn't really have knowledge of the evidences I am sharing now.........show them this evidences and hear their opinion again.

Thank you

You are missing a huge point. During the trial, he didn’t argue about results being inconclusive, he argued about 2 other sets of results being admissible. OP wanted them suppressed. Ask yourself why. Go back to the 8-9 documents I posted.

Any evidence he felt he had should’ve been presented during the trial. Basically, he is now admitting to suppressing evidence. He also posted a falsified document.

I’m trying to help you, and only you, out here. I have nothing to lose or gain.

Don’t mind the useless cockroach, I know her type. Some Nigerians in America have this condescending attitude that boarders on mania. She’s been all over this thread whipping up sentiments against someone that’s seeking redress that he’s entitled to even in American courts. If that’s not witchcraft, tell me what it is?!

This is just the beginning my fellow nairalanders

I will be sharing the 3rd batch of evidences soon " My activities at the time of the crime"
There is a phone call record evidence that proved that as the time of this alleged crime, I was actually on the phone speaking with my doctor for complete 6 minutes.

This is the 6 minutes I was supposed to be threatening, kicking, kissing and having MouthAction with this lady.

As the evidence proved that I was speaking on the phone, how could I be the same person doing all those horrible things to this lady?

Do you guys stay on phone call while having sex?
