If you are in the north; ask for "chaku basir" to smok, it's usually rolled and get little quantity palm size scent leaf, squiz it and insert it into your anus for 5 days you'll be relieved. Note: you can take the the "chaku basir" as tea. Quick recovery I wish you.

Stop drinking alcohol, stop taking beverages that has sugar,
Stop drinking soft drink and malt.
Stop taking Al forms of sugar.
Stop eating spaghetti or noodles.
Do all of these and in less than 2 weeks you can thank me later

OP, depending on the degree of the condition, I'll recommend surgery.

So sorry. Truth is I was in your shoes some years back. Mhen, I did everything. I even went to see a doctor, he inspected my anus and all that, prescribed some drugs and anusol. I understand your plight. I have been there and I know what you are going through.

First and foremost..... change your diet. I had to stop taking carbohydrates and starch. I took pawpaw almost all the time. Trust me on this, pawpaw is very good at helping your digestive system.

Also stop alcohol drinks totally.

Have been there before, so I can relate to all you are saying.

get yourself daflon, it may cost you about 6k. Take 6 tablets per day for 4 days are advised followed by 4 days tablets a day for 3 days. Also get yourself Epsom salt and warm water in a big baff and sit on it for at least 5min reason so as to prevent bacteria around the anus as it's heals. If the above didn't work then you will have to be operated.

Stop talking sugary things, avoid sugar, take more of water, if you avoid talking anything that is sugary u will be fine.

Get a used small tin of tin tomato, put a small amount of red oil in it(like half), get 2 eggs of a lizard and put it inside the tin when the oil must have heated up and leave the egg to bust inside the tin containing heated up oil.

Bring it down when the eggs must have busted by itself and allow it cool, then damp your index or pinky finger inside the oil and insert it in your anus. Do this 2-3x daily, it will help out very well.

Also for those having stomach ulcer, get a big finger or branch(I don't know what it is called) of aloe vera, grind it and drink it. Not chewing, GRIND AND DRINK. Mind you, it is very very bitter. I hope this will help out too.

Again, for people who that has this wound that has refused to heal(Igbo's call it önya nwa di ani). Get an inner part of a cabbage leaf, use a very hot electric iron on it as if you're ironing it(pls don't overdo, just heat it up with the hot electric iron), place it on the area you have the wound, make sure it covers the wounded area very well, then use bandage or abii selotape to cover the edges of the cabbage leaf or whatever it's called so that air won't be entering inside for it to work very well. There's something he said that heated up cabbage leaf emits that helps to dry the wound. Mind you, it doesn't go immediately, it's a continuous something.

I heard this from a specialist in traditional medicine.

Please go back to the hospital. DO NOT SELF MEDICATE OR GO TO A PHARMACY.
There are next steps of treatment, just because the first line prescribed by your doctor didn't solve the problem completely, doesn't mean it's the end if the line.
