Nutritionists call Aloe Vera "Super Food". I don't take it just because I have ulcer. It's my other source of obtaining nutrients. I'm not good at taking fruits.

Good evening, to be honest with you, you should see a doctor to confirm it’s pile, and then go for surgery to remove the pile.

I suffered the same thing for years, I used different native and English medications all to no avail.
Until January 2020 when I finally decided to get rid of it via surgery, now I’m free, the pain is no more.
How much was it then ?

Sincerely the surgery wasn’t easy, in fact that was the worst 2 weeks of my life, but it’s gone forever.(Amen)

You are at liberty to follow the suggestions made above.
My recommendation is this- Get to a teaching hospital ASAP. You may need to see a consultant surgeon (that's if it'll require surgery) though not all cases require going under the knife.
But if it is the doc's recommendation, go for it.
Nothing to be scared about.
I went through that procedure years ago and it turned out well.
Conquer your fears and seek help through the right channel.

OP, I have to tell you the bitter truth. This is from experience from someone that had this issue for almost to decade!!! There is no drugs, cream or herbal that will heal the pile permanently. However, I will outlay some steps that will help you from my personal practical experience!!! A lot of your life style and feeding habit will be affected!!!

(1) You have to commit everything to God... that one sure pass... sure banker!

(2) You have to take 100mg of vitamin C morning and evening, plus vitamin B complex every night only.

(3) Eat food rich in fiber, avoid alcohol and sugary stuff(drinks and the likes)

(4) Use the toilet two times only: The last thing before you go to bed at night and first thing in the morning, probably around 5am. This habit can be managed for once, last thing @night.

(5) Drink a lot of water!

(6) Take your meal in piece meal ( ratio: 1-1-1-1) not bulky in 1-1-1 ratio.

(7) As time go on, involve yourself in light exercise!!!

( Don't push your bowel during visit to toilet, allow it flow with ease!
