With the 2023 general elections around the corner, recently, we have been inundated with the announcement of various individuals, their ambition to contest for President.

So far we have, Tinubu, Amaechi, Osibanjo, Bakere, Wike, Akpabio, Udom, Peter Obi, Atiku, Garba, Fayemi, Yahaya, Shina, Saraki, Muoghalu, and several others.

my question is, why do we have so many persons declaring to contest for presidency in the forthcoming general elections?

Even those that are sure they won't win primaries are coming out to declare.

What's their endgame?
Do they have an ulterior motive?
is this all part of a grand scheme of things? or strategy?

Anyone's got answers to these questions?

Because the incumbent president made them feel you can underperform and go scot free.

Come on man! Don't waste your time

That's because Nigerians voted for a clueless Buhari twice. This made politicians to believe that if a man without sense like him could lead 200 million people, even a madman can.

Looting made-easy.

Because it's easier to elect a foolish person that a sane man

Because Buhari lowered the standard making it possible for every Tom, dick and harry to now want to be the president

Stealing is a norm.

Buhari has finished Nigeria

Because the National cake is very big

And everybody wants to be the senior prefect that will be sharing out portions
