Alright, Anyway 15 months is just a year and 3 Months. Some banks binding rule are even longer. But the timeline from when it starts will help determine if it's favourable cause even after training school one still have to spend another 6 months to be confirmed as an ET.

You mean after training, the person will still be earning "a little bit above training school allowance", but lesser than ET??

No the person would be earning 250+ but not as a full staff with allowances, 13th month, leave etc. You are still basically on probation but on full salary. If the 15 months binding rule starts here it will be better.

Please we that hasn't gotten any mail till now after documentation what are we to do , Move on?

During the briefing, it was said that it starts counting from your 4th month of training, i.e, the month you begin your on-site training (on-site, not online)
