This is eye opening o. I fell victim to scammers last year. I was tricked to transfer money to an account.

I contacted my bank and submitted a valid court affidavit I deposed to at Ikeja. My bank said the money had been withdrawn from the recipient's account at Access Bank

With this, I think I would visit Access Bank with the affidavit. Muchas gracias

oh no🥺🥺 mine is almost one year since I started the order while some people are getting it within 1-3weeks.
Or do you have all the time to wait that long?

Mikenikel, Go to bank... They'll redirect you to court. Get your court order same day
You can come back to bank same day or leave it for the next day.

Report back to the bank, submit the stamped court order, the account will be restricted.

You'll receive your money once it's complete or you can cash out if you can't wait. I waited on mine. I got back my money with interest

I replied you based on the history of this thread as I'm the one that created the thread

It happened in June this year, he deserted, tried calling him it was unreachable, His family and the police didn't help either.

I got the idea of complaining to his bank, I went to his bank on August (Access bank) they asked me why I didn't come all these while that he withdrew the last part of the money 4 days before I came!!! E pain me shaa o

The customer care directed me to court to get a court order to restrict the account, I went to court, got the court order(pics displayed) paid them 10% of the total money. The bank restricted his account.

Yesterday afternoon, I got a call to come over to the bank...the guy was trying to make a transfer but he couldn't which warranted him to go to the bank...
The customer care told me he has 80% of the money in his account that with my consent, they'll unfreeze it and pay me or I can wait till it's complete and take all... they were certain because it's a salary account... money must enter.

Though the guy pleaded with me to be paying 20k monthly buy omooorr I don't think I'll have such patience. The bank told him to be paying the 20k into his account till it completes.

so the ball is now in my court

Don't forget to add the 10% you gave court to what the fraudster owes you.
He will cough it out

If you transfer to Fintech (opay, palmpay etc), auto generated account (providus, wema, sterling etc) and certain mfb it isn't easy and likely gone.
