An exercise in futility, first of all how is it that we can not get foreign currency in the banks but only with the black marketers? Are they the ones that should get supply for us ? CBN and the banks are culpable. If you need any foreign currency the banks will direct you to the black marketers ,unless that system is brought back to normal things will not change or improve.
