Many of these things can be obtained from Google search and directly from the country websites. Except you're looking for short cuts or agents that could potentially open you up for scamming.

Nice one,but a Netherland permanent residency card gives u free access to the entire European Union though and it takes just 4 months to get, just thought u might want to know as a tourist that u are.
