Tuition fees are always paid in full at must universities before visa invitation number is given

The embassy of Latvia is in Cairo,Egypt.
Also as a Nigerian you have to apply for resident permit first before a National D visa.

Latvia is a Schengen countries so you can access other EU counties without visa.

English language is widely spoken in Latvia by the younger generation.

Social life is Riga ,Latvia is booming ,with Raggae Bar on Lacplasa Street owned by a successful Nigerian resident. You won't be bored on weekends.

Masters Degree students and PhD students are allowed to work full time without restrictions 😀
While Bsc can only work for 20hours.

You can get 6months to 1 year stay back to search for work or start a business in Latvia.

It's a very peaceful country and you can go out any time of the day without fear

Latvia is a Schengen country although not as economically strong like Netherland or Germany ,but atleast from here you can go to does countries without visa so its a win win i guess,you can come to Latvia with your family as a student 100percent. I will make a youtube video on this also the link is in my bio. In regards of job many student buy car or bicycle and work as delivery man for Bolt and wolt . There are jobs in IT ,customer service and if you into contruction you can also get something to do if you are not lazy.

You are allowed to work as a student bachelors degree 20hours per week ,msc and phd can work without restrictions( no limit to working hours).

Ok , it depends on the course ,city you want to study and your preferences that will determine how much you will spend in total ,tuition fees ranges from 2500euros to 4500euros.
