When she worked in zenith bank,if another customer comes to her to Lodge same complaint to her,she would be among those bank staffs telling the customer that she gave someone the ATM.

What some banks do now is to employ people who were into yahoo before as IT staff which they never knew.

Because it would be hard for a teller to commit a fraud except he or she is in collaboration with her authoriser.
But a customer care officer can commit multiple fraud using ur ATM card. That is why when ur card is trapped,be sure not to expose ur details to them otherwise u are a gonner.
