There was no "commercial" slave trade in Africa before white people arrived our lands.

Yes, there were wars but the worst was catching prisoners of war and make them provide free labor for the king of conqueror side. It was never a "trade" as we've been deceived to believe.

However, when Europeans arrived, they through trickery exploited the situation and began to commercialize it, so that people who were once held as prisoners of war became slaves FOR THE WHITE MAN not for the African. They provided arms, horses, gun power which induced African kings to escalate the wars because more wars meant more refugees and more captives.

It eventually took on a life of it's own, having Africans run the enterprise. And that's how we end up believing that we sold ourselves into slavery in Africa, not realizing that Europeans replicated the same thing in South East Asia, India, Australia, South and North America.
