Finally, we reach Doha.

The airport so different from Mm2.

I thanked almighty God again, for the opportunity to travel out to another continent. I was really grateful when I got to doha. Local man like me, and God gave the opportunity

That Hamad airport na die. Did you enter the metro line on the roof?
Meanwhile, make sure you download Qatar app and get your avios ie air mile points. A return trip should give you about 5000 avios. Ie roughly $50 you can use in hotels, airport lounges or even buy tickets with.

This is my first time entering a plane, not to talk of traveling intercontinentally. 😭

Before you yab me, at least my 1+ year old has flown locally. Aslo, I prefer driving my car to wherever I want to go. 😁

Are you a single parent? Where is your son's mother? He is too young to be without his mother. Just thinking out loud!

Thanks to the mod that brought this to FP and to you gmacnoms for this perfect presentation. Despite that am a regular nairalander, it's been over 2 years that I last read all the post on a thread until today when I have to go through the 4 pages so far. I wish you, your wife and that handsome baby a happy stay in UK. God will see you through all your endeavours over there. Omo, I like your sense of humour.... This traveling brought out one of the best in you. You made my day.

I really blushed and showed wife this comment. Thanks alot. Amen to all the prayers. You put a big smile on my face with this

At this point, It dawned on me that local man don see another continent and I became more grateful to God again for the opportunities. Couldn’t snap because I wasn’t close to the window

Next stop was immigration. The man asked me if I’d be returning to town hall. I almost ask am “why”

Anyways, I did not spend up to 3 minutes with him and he stamped.

We got to baggage reclaim and out to see mama.

Town hall meeting different from balablu bulaba grin

All thanks to your wife. Congrats to you and your family. Your wife is either working in the Nhs or she’s a student.

Sharp man, all the noise and uproar about dependant families might’ve disturbed you a bit. I’m glad you arrived the Uk safely. Don’t be like that Emdee blablublu bla bla bla cos all you social media content creators sometimes run your mouths and don’t seem to know when to control yourselves.

Say hi to wifey.
Thanks for the advice.. I shed tears today when we went out for a walk and shopping. I was deeply pained because "why my country no fit be like this". I swear for the politicians today and also prayed Nigeria gets better. It really saddened my heart knowing that my country is in the state it is, while another country is living this good

He said the wife doesn't like social media . People should respect others privacy ...moreover , I saw the wife picture ...she was wearing a kind of joggers...the face wasn't shown... is not necessary ...the most important thing is that a young ma has succeeded in joining the wife oversea along side his son .

The attitude of most nairalander shouldn't stop good people from helping or sharing there experiences. Most people here are just frustrated beyond repair
