I no dey whine you, it's the truth... I have both offer of employment as I dey. I am 41yrs old married with kids but lost my job about 2-3yrs ago ran into debts and many financial problems. So I have been living a terrible life with children until God now gave me these two offers. But I just want to get things right this time, I can't afford to make any mistake this time

For a federal Government job as medical worker, no matter your other qualifications they will start with you from level 7 and the pay is 95k monthly. I understand your point anyway about japa but I'm just scared of job security in private sector ( I can just be sacked after 2 months for whatever flimsy excuse) knowing I have been at home for 2 years without job

Sincerely, your fears are worth spending quality time to consider. Private sector can dump you on the road in the blink of an eye without any prior warnings.

Big money could have big problem waiting in front. Pray well before you make your choice. GOD speed!

Big thanks for this advice... I think the best option is to pray for God's guidance and direction. Thanks

They have never had General Manager, the business has grown bigger that it now needs a general manager. I'm going to the first GM
Take the 500k job, put in your best effort and improve the company's income.
Then, re-negotiate a higher pay..

The sky is your starting point.

Actually I have started the registration process and IPPIS is the last part of the process... Abeg give me more details about what it entails. The pros and cons
just find out from the recent employees at the place if they were captured on time, My experience with IPPIS is terrible, over 2 years of non capturing, no payment. Its partly the fault of the institution that employed me though. so just make your findings internally

That's starting point for any graduate coming into FG job whether you have masters or PhD or with 20yrs experience... That's what they will start with you...

Are you serious? Is it that FG deliberately ignored higher certificates e.g masters, PhD even there exist vacancies for higher levels than entry level 7?
