I have been having issue with my WhatsApp for up to a month now, guru in the house should help me because it is my official line. I have sent series of mail and even chatted with WhatsApp but all I got is copy and paste reply. My WhatsApp just stop working asking me to use official WhatsApp . I have uninstalled and installed WhatsApp from the play store all to no avail. Anytime I wanted to logging to my account, it will be telling me to use official WhatsApp. Please what is the solution?

If you use the official Whatsapp and it is not working, use GB whatsapp or other Whatsapp mods.

Am using both normal WhatsApp and business WhatsApp, both are working perfectly but it is just one account that refused to log in

Uninstall the cloned app and clear your WhatsApp cache, restart your phone and reinstall the WhatsApp from the playstore

Go to your pbone settings, Apps, and open. Next, look for the WhatsApp app. Then you open an it from the list, look for storage and clear data, as well as cache. This will be useful.

Dude, go to your phone settings, go to Apps, find WhatsApp. Then delete Memory and Storage files.
Check to see if you have a local backup on your device. Delete that.
Then Reinstall from PlayStore.

Whatever you do here, don't do private/backyard deal. Ignore anybody that can't tell you the solution in the open here for others to learn except phone call, telegram deal.

My own story, I just wake one day to find out I was banned. after appealing and restoring for like 2 times. I was permanently banned. I was given option to change to another number, same thing happened to again. The 2nd was permanently banned.

I changed to the 3rd number. The moment they banned and I appeal once, I just delete whatsapp from the phone.

OP your business will only slow down, it will not suffer. People who genuinely want to patronize you will call you of they cant get u on whatsapp.

Change the whatsapp number to another number, if you have backup, it will restore to the new number. If the restore was successful, try to inform your client that u have changed number. Find alternative, start diverting your client to telegram and emails.

Getting new phone help me regained my main number but the second number is still banned. I have my backup intact in the 3rd number.
