Dude, go to your phone settings, go to Apps, find WhatsApp. Then delete Memory and Storage files.
Check to see if you have a local backup on your device. Delete that.
Then Reinstall from PlayStore.

I Formatted my 2 phones and still the same. Funny enough it's happening on iPhone once I use the same number associated with my business name on whatsapp

Omo, I even wrote Facebook meta. They called me sef. Still no solution. I guess it's affecting the whatsapp business name. Once it is that business name number, it will not go through.

I have been having issue with my WhatsApp for up to a month now, guru in the house should help me because it is my official line. I have sent series of mail and even chatted with WhatsApp but all I got is copy and paste reply. My WhatsApp just stop working asking me to use official WhatsApp . I have uninstalled and installed WhatsApp from the play store all to no avail. Anytime I wanted to logging to my account, it will be telling me to use official WhatsApp. Please what is the solution?

China phone kwa? WhatsApp knows what they are doing. Use the same number on iPhone and see it will be the same. For me it has to do with my whatsapp business name. I used another number to try and register with the same business name, they banned it when > appealed, they unbanned it and started giving me same error message

It's obvious there is no solution for me or the person claiming he fixed his WhatsApp doesn't want to share how he did it so that others won't learn. That's very bad. People were giving all sort of solution to help resolve this issue now he resolved the issue and still can not let those facing the same issue know how. I even sent him a message on Facebook but he kept snubbing me and continued posting his "church" activities. How is he a "christ-like" person if he chooses to withhold such informative solution. Since 7th, my business is down having done anything on WhatsApp. All the things I have done is not working. Facebook called and gave me direction to message WhatsApp but still no headway. Tooh. It's well

Don't try to login for like a week, 2weeks or even a month. Leave it for that period of time, then login. You will thank me later. Anyway, that is what I did, I hope it work for you too

For the one that claim he sent me message on Fb. I didn't see any message

Besides, I am a very busy man, you can not come to my DM and be saying 'hi, good morning, goodafternoon. etc, I will definitely ignore you since you are not my family member or friend. Just a simple greeting and drop a message for me on what you want me to do for you.
