RESPONSIBILITY


1. Making sure all guests receive a high quality of service.

2. Planning marketing campaigns.

3.Planning budgets, setting sales targets and managing accounts.

4. Analysing sales figures and producing reports.

5. Recruiting, training and supervising staff.

6. Meeting and greeting guests.


REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality related software.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

A degree HND or BSc in hospitality and tourism management,
hospitality management or a business related subject.

A degree in an unrelated subject and then a postgraduate course in hospitality management.

Five years experience in various fields of hotel work and then getting promotion to management.
graduates in a relevant subject.
