seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist.
Position Overview: As a Hotel Receptionist at Horizon Hotel and Suites, you will be the face of our
establishment, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to
providing an unparalleled guest experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Reception:
 Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
 Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
 Ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests.

2. Reservation Management:
 Handle reservation inquiries, bookings, and cancellations with precision.
 Maintain an accurate and up-to-date reservation system.
 Coordinate with other hotel departments to optimize room availability.

3. Customer Service:
 Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
 Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to ensure a positive and memorable stay.
 Handle guest feedback with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.

4. Communication:
 Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with a professional and friendly
demeanor.
Effectively communicate information to guests and colleagues.
 Collaborate with different hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

5. Administrative Tasks:
 Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining
organized records.
 Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate cash drawers, and reconcile financial
reports.

Qualifications:
 Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
 Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
 Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office applications.
 Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Education:
A high school diploma (HND/ND) or equivalent is required. Additional education in hospitality
or a related field is a plus.

Benefits:
Daily free Launch package, 13th month salary and other perks.

Salary Range: #40,000 to #70,000
